Sunday afternoon, July 20 on the north lawn of the Florence B. Dearing Museum ice cream was enjoyed by all who attended the second annual Ice Cream Social. The special flavor of the afternoon was homemade "death by chocolate". While the major portion of the museum remains closed for renovation, the new postal exhibit was open. Antique tractors were a hit on the south lawn.
